Repotting plants and give them a trim if needed. Change your clock batteries. Light a candle. Clean your floors. Dispose trash and any accumulated clutter.

After you are done, wash your hands, walk outside and take 3 deep breaths! Go back in and see how it feels! I guarantee you will feel a shift in the room and within yourself! Instant Refreshment!
